Important Information

The centre is opening the gym plus tennis and netball courts from Monday 12th April.
Booking for gym sessions and public sessions for the tennis courts and netball will be open from Monday 5th April.
You can book one week ahead.
Also the centre’s opening hours are changing:
Monday 7.00-21.15
Tuesday 12.00-21.15
Wednesday 7.00-21.15
Thursday 12.00-21.15
Friday 18.00-21.15
Saturday 9.00-13.30
Sunday 9.00-13.30
Plan your sessions and start booking on Monday.
Our online classes continue and you can also book on our boot camps which fill up fast.

We are pleased to offer online booking for your gym sessions you can choose from the hour time slots available.

Gym sessions are £6 each or as part of your Gym membership (just select ‘Member/Loyalty Card’ as your method of payment if you are a current gym member)

Each session is limited to 12 people, and we have a 30 minute break between sessions to allow us to fully clean the equipment.

Please bring a towel, filled water bottle and exercise mat, if required, to the gym session.

Refunds can be offered on bookings cancelled no later than 24 hours beforehand.

Please be aware that the contact details you enter as part of your booking will be retained for NHS track and trace purposes.

Please read the user guide before booking, you will be asked when placing your booking if you have read and understood this information.

You should also complete the User Contact and Health Questionnaire before booking a Class or Gym session for the first time (this only needs to be done once).
