Hannah Hope

I am a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer with further qualifications in Pre and Postnatal Training, Stretch and Mobility and Pole Fitness.  I work with lots of different people helping them to reach their different goals. This may be weight loss, increasing strength and/or improving flexibility and mobility. I aim to deliver fun and diverse sessions so you fall in love with the training process as well as achieving your goals. I work in both a gym environment and a home studio setting, depending where you feel most comfortable.

Amy Swallow

I have been working in the fitness industry for over 8 years and have a variety of experience across a range of areas including strength, mobility, balance, coordination & much more. Dene Holoway

I have over 15 years experience of working in the fitness industry. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 GP referral, Massage Therapy, Level 3 Leisure Management. I have experience teaching regular Circuits, Legs Bums & Tums and Box Fit classes.

My passion is to help people achieve their fitness goals. Whether it is to lose weight, tone up, recovery from illnesses/injuries. I’ll work alongside you and make sure your sessions are varied to keep you motivated.

I am a level 2, 3 and GP referral qualified personal trainer with 7 years experience within the fitness industry, being fully self employed for 4 of them. I enjoy working with a range of clients, helping them not only to get into great shape but also improve their overall health and wellbeing too.

My sessions are varied and tailored to suit your goals and ability. I offer highly competitive rates and all session packages include a free training programme and consultation.
