I am a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer with further qualifications in Pre and Postnatal Training, Stretch and Mobility and Pole Fitness.  I work with lots of different people helping them to reach their different goals. This may be weight loss, increasing strength and/or improving flexibility and mobility. I aim to deliver fun and diverse sessions so you fall in love with the training process as well as achieving your goals. I work in both a gym environment and a home studio setting, depending where you feel most comfortable.

Dene Holoway

I have over 15 years experience of working in the fitness industry. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 GP referral, Massage Therapy, Level 3 Leisure Management. I have experience teaching regular Circuits, Legs Bums & Tums and Box Fit classes.

My passion is to help people achieve their fitness goals. Whether it is to lose weight, tone up, recovery from illnesses/injuries. I’ll work alongside you and make sure your sessions are varied to keep you motivated.
