Calf Raises

Muscles Targeted – Calves 

  • Step under a barbell and hold on either side of your shoulders.
  • Stand on a step with the balls of your feet on the edge
  • Raise your heels off the floor 
  • Squeeze your calves and slowly lower your heels
  • Keep looking forward and keep the balls of your feet on the edge of the step.
  • Reps should be slow and controlled
