The WSCC has six members of staff: Centre Manager Dene Holloway, Duty Manager Hannah Hope, Team Members Amy Swallow, Brendan Tonkin, Charlie Allerton & Vinay Patel. The staff are responsible for managing the gym, MUGA/tennis courts and the meeting rooms. Dene, Hannah, Amy, Charlie & Vinay are qualified instructors who can help you achieve your fitness goals.
Centre Manager Dene is a highly qualified gym instructor and personal trainer, who has been with the WSCC from the opening in 2017. Dene, previously worked at Warwickshire College, where he was senior sports centre manager. Dene is also qualified for GP Referral and sports massage.
Duty Manager Hannah is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Stretch, Flexibility and Pilates. She also regularly practice Pole Fitness. Hannah has a keen interest in Mindfulness and has a degree in Psychology. She is excited to be able to bring Stretch classes, along with Meditation and Relaxation sessions to the community centre.
Amy is a Level 3 Personal Trainer who loves working with people towards their fitness goals and creating better habits, leading them to a healthier and happier lifestyle. She teaches Boxfit in the centre and is always happy to give fitness advice where needed.
Charlie enjoys helping individuals achieve their goals, with a special interest in body recomposition, functional application in sport i.e rugby and football and building confidence in exercise. Feel free to ask Charlie any questions if you are in the centre.
Vinay is a level 2 gym instructor and FA qualified football coach. Vinay always looking to support and help and achieve your personal goals. Vinay also offers 1-1 or group football sessions for personal growth.
Supporting the WSCC staff are the trustees of the WSCC charity – a group of volunteers who are responsible for governance, administration, staffing, fund-raising and finance. The trustees are Anne Prior (chair), Debbie Watson, Karen Jukes, Stuart Jackson, Wendy Woodhouse, Simon Bason, Nick Hawkins & Tony Dipple. Anne and Stuart are also members of Wellesbourne & Walton Parish Council, which owns the WSCC.
