We hope you areĀ keeping well and active

The Government roadmap out of lockdown had some very positive news regarding the opening of sports centres and venues.

We are excited to announce that from the 29th. March we will be able to start reopening the MUGA and tennis courts for organised group bookings.
We will also be introducing NEW outdoor exercise classes from the 29 March.
There will be a detailed programme of classes shortly, please keep checking on this website and Facebook page.

We will of course share these plans with you as soon as more information is released.

In the mean time please check out the links below around encouragingĀ a healthy mindset, toĀ help us thorough thisĀ last lockdown hurdle.

We are so much looking forward to you all returning when it is safe and we are able to fully reopen.

Hydration start the morning right! Drink 1 pint of water (filtered or mineral) add the juice of half fresh lemon and pinch of sea salt.

This week, try and eat 8 different vegetables every day.

Never food shop when hungry! When doing your food shopping always eat before you go, this will decrease the chances of buying unhealthy food, especially when on offer.
